Crash with diet pills?

Question:
When I have taken other diet pills, i tend to "Crash" when i "Come down". i get REALLY tired and basically cant function. will phentermine do this to me? and does anyone know WHY diet pills do this to me and not my friends?

Answer:
The effect of the pill is like that. Try to get an extended release instead of an inmediate release pill. Phentermine has both. This should be done with your doctor or dieticians care. Your body and metabolism is completely different from anyone else's and you should listen to what it is telling you.
they do that to me too and then i sleep for days phentermine does not do that to me if i could stand being wired all the time on the dexedrine i would lose the 30 pounds but i can't stand taking them everyday because i'm too hyper on them
this is a quick fix way to lose. you will either have side effects or will put weight back on just as fast as you lose once you finish. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you better on this site
Have you considered trying a natural plan of diet and exercise without pills? I think your body is trying to tell you something. Those pills aren't good for you. You can do it without them. You really can. But it does take work.

Here's the number one program that I recommend. It's helped motivate me and get me started on the right road to weight loss and fitness. It's all natural and based on totally sound guidelines for thinking right, eating right, and exercising right - http://necessaryvirtues.com/recommends/b...

Good luck!
Most diet pill are help lose weight but a diet and an ea work out plan is need . They are not to replace meals and are not to be by them self Before taking any pill talk to your doctor He will tell you how weight you should lose A healthy diet and a good work out should do it without the pills They are made for quick weight loss and you should read the instructions be fore you use these pill and some do come with sideeffects always read before taking If unsure take to your heath store or your drug store
Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
forget pills!! My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again. The diet pills can have the same effect, in that they stop your body from having a normal metabolism, which is really bad news for your health, even if you are exercising and eating healthy.
