Unless you get lipo, there is no way to lose that much weight in one week. lipo+diarectics+no food+no air...ain't gonna happen.
Exercise and eating a good diet. Do not use the pills, if they will actually work for you guess what happens when you stop taking them.

Please don't think there is a fast way to lose weight. lose weight and be fit, by excercising and it has to be for life! it has to be a lifetime change.
You could start with the south beach diet and when you are done with the 6 weeks, you can start excercising and keep doing it and eat healthy.
BUT you cannot find "weight loss" in a Pill!!! r u nuts??
