But the best weight loss is when you do it the old fashion way with good food and working out.
Losing weight is a lifestyle change. Does not come in the form of a pill. Take it from someone that has tried diets his whole life, including illegal things (meth).
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less.

Speaking as a former fatty, I can emphatically say that pills are NOT the answer to weight loss. I tried many pills, and the only thing that got thinner was my wallet! But don't dispair, because it IS possible to lose weight . . . and it needn't be hard, either. I read Dr. Kevin Pezzi's "How to Lose Weight Without Dieting, Drugs, Herbs, Exercise, or Surgery" and lost weight (& kept it off) easily, just as the doc says. Dr. Pezzi is an MD with lots of interesting things to say about everything from weight loss to sex to general health tips to true emergency room stories (he's a former ER doctor with two books on that topic, one of which you can download free) to brainpower and academic success (he graduated in the top 1% of his class in medical school). Google him . . . fascinating reading.
