Don't take diet pills. They usually are scams. If you're eating unhealthy you should fix that first. Make a plan that gives you three meals a day and a snack in between. (i.e Start with a bowl of cereal [Special K or Something to the effect], then for lunch a salad or a sandwich, and for dinner you should stay away from anything fattening like MC'D. You can make anything you would like, but include some vegetables(ie. peas, carrots,) Next you should work something out where you can get some exercise at least for an hour a day. I get up at 5 AM and usually go for a jog. (Recently on the news they said that walking isn't enough for your body to lose weight), so I would start light running (1/8 mi. 950 steps) first, then gradually increase my distance.
