Are there any diet pills that actually work?
Question:
Answer:
no
No - pills are meant for short-term use. You need to change your perspective on food and exercise to have lasting results.
so far i havent found one. they may burn some of the fat off but you can do that with the regular foods that you eat to speed up your metabolism. weight didnt come on fasst so it will take a while for it to come off only if you want to keep it off. the faster you take it off the faster it is likely to come back plus more.
always looking for the easy way.. spoiled by culture.. get off your fatazz and do something... workout.. feel lazy? do 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups and drink a tall glass of water.. then u wont be lazy.. then do something else...
Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
