Don't use diet pills, I heard they can kill you. Do normal exercising and watch your weight go down.
Yes I took alot to kill myself and now im dead.
I TOOK THOSE, HAD A HEART ATTACK, ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL, MET MY WIFE WHO WAS A NURSE. SUCCESS STORY!
Diet pills are short term and not usually safe. Best to avoid them. If you must lose weight for short term (like you need to be skinny to go to a wedding), drink things with caffeine, but low cal. It's the same thing as diet pills and it's cheaper. the weight will come back though.
Actually I've tried quite a few (Dexatrim, Stacker II and III). When all is said and done, none of them work. Exercise and proper diet is the only way to go.
Success selling them to gullible women, yes!
I just make 'em out of cat hair and rabbit sh*t.
Want some? £15 for 60.
A few years ago I had success with Xzinadrine but that was when it contained ephedra.. I just started taking trimspa last week. I lost about 2 pounds so far, but I have been walking for 45 minutes every evening, and intaking no more than 1000 calories per day...
Do not try hydroxy cut that stuff is awful! Made me feel like I was on crack, and was very hard to swallow.
Yeah i had luck with one diet pill I took Hydroxicut hardcore and lost 3lbs a day for a month yes i did gain some of it back but only about 10lbs and that was just mucle...good luck!
Yes, but they were ephedra based and caused serious jitter and rage problems. I also had a very hard time sleeping. The best working one I ever used was stacker 2 but it came at a price. Each pill has 250 mg of caffeine among other stimulants and you were supposed to take three a day. That is about 7-8 times the recommended amount for a day. I nearly had a heart attack when I was using them and I was 19 at the time. There are safe ones. There are effective ones. There are ones without the terrible side effects, but I have yet to find one that has all three characteristics. I would save your money get a personal trainer or just ask someone who has experience with losing weight. I gave more of my money to those weight loss companies than I care to mention.
Don't waste your money. Drink a glass of water before each meal, cut down your portions, cut out sugar eat healthy and exercise.
I haven't tried them myself, but a cousin of mine did. Her hormones got all messed up. She couldn't eat normal food for a month after. Her hands were all shaky and she would feel weak all the time. I strongly advise against them.
Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
