Diet Pills? Do they really work? and what are they called?
Question:
Answer:
Most diet pills on the market are ineffective, and those that do help only do so in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. There is no diet pill available that you can take that will work without following a diet and exercise program. Diet pills that do help can be considered enhancements rather than solutions. A good diet pill will help in the following areas: 1.) Elevate metabolism (Thermogenic) 2.) Suppress appetite 3.) Give an energy boost
Unfortunately, effective diet pills contain stimulants- those that don't are ineffective. Keep in mind that because these pills contain certain stimulants, there are potential side effects. People with certain medical conditions and especially those with heart or cardiovascular problems should NOT take diet pills.
At best, effective diet pills may provide the following:
1.) A slight increase in metabolism, which helps you burn slightly more fat during and after exercise.
2.) Helps to suppress the appetite a little.
3.) An extra energy boost when you're on a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program.
Diet pills are basicly intended to give an extra edge to someone on an existing diet and exercise program- they are not the solution in and of themselves.

Most of them work, but are a waste of money. You can lose weight just as easily with proper diet & exercise.
Yes they work they are called speed.
i took everslim and they did work!
Diet pills are a band-aid. they will help bring your weight down but they might cause other medical conditions, and when you get off the pills you will probably gain all the weight back because you never changed your lifestyle. to truly fix the problem you should focus on a balanced diet and exercise.
Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
