I just started the diet pill called "the burn" and i have been shaking a nauseated all day.?
Question:
Answer:
try starting out with 1 pill a day in the morning for a week then take one in the a.m, and one in the p.m until you are comfortable then try up to 2pills at your own discretion. be careful with diet pills, taking more than your body can handle can cause heart problems. always start with a small dose until you know how your body will react. i did the same thing as you and had heart palpitations and high blood pressure. that is why you are shaky and nauseated. if this doesn't work, discontinue all together and maybe talk to your dr. good luck on your weight loss
dont take that stuff its horrible for you.
you'll build up a tolerance over time. you can slow it down if you want, but it won't be as effective
Discontinue and lose weight safely, by diet and exercise.
you need to stop using the pill. go see a doc.some people suffer cardiac arrests after these diet pills.please be careful. :-(
you should be really carefully... some people can be allergic to caffine. chances are that it was too much caffine for your system I probably wouldnt take 2 of them again.
Always consult a doctor about any diet plan you start. But it sounds like you should discontinue the pill. There probably are other ingredients in there that are adding to or magnifying the effects of the caffeine.
fyi... I fail to see how a pill full of cafeine leads to weight loss other then to over stimulate your colon. You could get the same effect with a healthy fiber rich diet.
just take one three times a day like it says and DO NOT drink any coffee or drinks with caffine in them
get off it right away. That is an allergic reaction that can be fetal. Dont ever go on any of the pill diets without talking to your doctor first. Your body is trying to reject the pills but the more you take them your body will just get sick, until it really hurts you. That stuff is bad. The best diet anybody can be on is a eating healthy and excercising diet. That is the best and safest way. You dont want what can happen from you taking those pills. Take Care.
P.S. Try to see a doctor so he/she can see if there is any problems that occured from taking those pills.
Always read the directions first!! I wouldn't bother with them. They can't be good for you. Just cut down on what you eat and get exercise. Good luck!
Shouldn't you be burning? Stop taking the dreck immediately, obviously they are toxic.
Discontinue use immediately... Caffeine has different effects on different people and everyone has a different tollerance. but it does not help you loose weight. if the pill contained 2 cups of caffeine you would be dead. You can OVERDOSE On caffeine. the level at which Caffeine becomes toxic is 1000mgs in most adults, however it is different for everyone. a cup of coffee has 25mg of caffeine and an shot of esspresso has about 50mgs. I would reccommend stopping the use of this pill and switching to a dietary supplement or other weight loss option.
Well I take TrimSpa and basically you take 2 pills in the morning and then 1 or 2 more mid-afternoon and then 1-2 more evening time. I drink a lot of water to help me with the pills. I would recommend that you drink more water and try to avoid anything else with caffine. It might also help if you only take 1 pill at night. When I first started TrimSpa I was real jittery and lightheaded, but with lessoning the dose, any extra caffeine and increased water intake - it helped. I hope it works out for you okay.
stop taking it ,try another brand ..relacore is very good but it is what your body can handle
exercise fat girl instead of taking those deadly pills.
Maybe you should consider talking to your doctor before taking diet pills.
stop taking it
Discontinue use of those pills.
The only thing you'll lose when you take diet pills is the money you spent on them.
stop taking , it your body is telling you it's bad for you, the only healthyway to lose weight is by moderation of diet and exercise
Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
