How do u stick to a diet w/o using pills? (tryin to lose a lot in a week or 2)?
Question:
Answer:
There isn't really a healthy weight to lose a lot of weight in one or two weeks. It simply takes longer. If you want to be *healthy*, you should be eating a balanced diet each day and you should NOT be starving yourself. By starving yourself you'll just gain more weight in the long run. It's good that you don't want to use pills as there are some doubts about their safety.
You should think about how much you want to lose during this short time period. How much is a lot? If you're talking five pounds, that could be feasible. Don't try to lose more than four or five pounds a week.
i lost 6 pounds last week by joggin a mile four days and lifting weights...
dont buy the food that you normally would...
self discipline...
u don't
exercise! the more u do tht u will be less hungry
if you eat nothing but salads for a 2 weeks you should be able to loose about 15 pounds
The oldest weight loss techniques are the best:
Excercise, drink lots of water, & eat healthy foods.
In all seriousness ,try going to a public high school in Las Vegas, NV, the food they serve is enough to mke you not eat for months. I did have this situation once, if the stakes are big enough sheer will power should do it.
Can't really lose a lot in a week or two. Actually, going overboard and trying to lose a lot in a week or two will just lead you to rebound and eat more.
Start by eating a low-fat, low carb breakfast (I eat Special K - 1 small bowl with low-fat milk). Lunch is turkey on wheat with mustard, lettuce, and tomato. Dinner is lean chicken breast with garlic or a white wine sautee. Of course, not every day- look around for similar low-fat, low-carb recipes. No snacks other than cashews, unbuttered popcorn or dried fruit (even then, just a handful). No soda. No liquor. Exercise 20-30 minutes every other day.
Nothing is easy. Just use your head and stick to the diet.
weight watchers,,,you can still eat fast food too
