Wondering about the diet pill Adipex? :)?
Question:
Answer:
I have taken them and loved the energy boost, but if you do not take them daily you will have a hangover feeling on the days you dont take one. You will loose weight because your appetite is gone. If you start feeling run down, you have to eat something or you will just feel crappy. Good luck
i don't know have not tried it but let me know
No diet pills are currently safe. Talk to your doctor!
About 6 years ago I took it, I lost over 50 pounds from April to October!! I did about 10 minutes of exercises, stomach crunches and leg lifts. I ate anything I wanted but I ususally was not hungry. My friends would MAKE me eat. I didn't need to exercise. The pills make you get up and move! If you take them and just lay around you will feel like crap, get up, clean out the fridge, sweep under the beds and couch! If you can't fall asleep at night then drink some milk, it sort of counter-acted it for me. I have gained weight back but I've had a baby and haven't had the money to buy anymore pills! But I will! OH...and the generic brand phentermine works just as good!
Has there been a diet pill that has actually worked? The key to weight loss is proper nutrition and daily exercise.
Have you seen how many people are asking about different diet pills, that suggests to me that they don't work or else the ones that do would have been discovered and everyone would know. Are you not aware of the many side effects caused by taking diet pills, angina heart, attacks and necrosis of the skin to name but a few. Eat healthily and exercise, get advise from your GP
I was gassing up the place
Yes, I was on it. I didn't do anything right and still lost weight slowly and when i went off I gained about 5 lbs back... and that was over a year ago. However, a friend did the same but when she went off it, she gained 40 lbs! So, she had to go right back on it. I think it depends on the individual. But it does work. You will lose weight.
I have taken Adipex, while doing a low-carb diet and lost a lot of weight. It's wonderful to help you "kick-start" your weight loss. I do not take it anymore, but it really helped me develop my eating habits and not have mad cravings all the time. Also, if you have high blood pressure, it's not good to take it as is will elevate your blood pressure and heart rate. I swear by it, but always talk to your doctor. I have gained a little bit of my weight back, but nothing significant, and I still stick to a low-carb diet. Good Luck!
They do work but they are not good for you. They raise your heart rate and blood pressure and after you quit taking them you will put back on the weight if you go back to your old habits of not eating right and exercising. After I had my baby and couldn't get the extra 15lb off that I'd been trying to loose I took Adipex and would cut the pill in half. It would make me feel wierd, cranky, and couldn't sleep. I stuck to it for two weeks and lost 13lbs-But, my husband and kids couldn't stand to be around me!lol If you are wanting to do this for a couple of weeks you should be fine-and it may not effect you like diet pills do me-But, long term-I wouldn't recomend it. Of course it is prescription diet pill so you'd have to go to your doctor to get it-I wouldn't trust the internet method.
Good luck
Adipex is a prescription diet pill. This pill will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
