Can't decide which diet pill to try?
Question:
Answer:
My doctor has me on the generic form of adepex. I have been on it for 3 months and have dropped from a size 20W to a size 14!! I have lost almost 40 pounds since the first of this year. Its called phentermine and the side effects for me, are only what it should do. It boosts your metabolism and supresses appetite.
throw the pills away, and increase your exercise.
Instead of trying pills and all that try YOGA its the best i have loosed 20 kgs in just 3 months
None of them work unless they have ephedrine it them, but good luck finding that. (unless your local gas station sells ephedrine, mine does)
See your GP

No. Just because a particular diet pill worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects.More information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
