Answer:
hello freind if u r taking pills so stop that it harms you. if u want to maintain ur self healthy so take natural things like vegetables, liefy vegetables, seeds etc. if u still want to take pills so ask ur family doctor that it is right or not..
I'm thinking water pills. They are a diuretic, they cleanse the body of toxins, and they have no side effects. Aside from that, taking a multivitamin would be a good idea as well. It will improve your overall health and in turn help you along with your exercise. Good luck
Don't take diet pills. Exercise and reduce your calorie intake. You can't cut corners. Diet pills are bad for your health and you will just gain back the wieght when you stop taking them. There is no silver bullet.
You're not looking for a real diet pill then. Pick any of the over-the-counter stuff they sell. It all works about the same (ie: it doesn't).
Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
