Your are eating every 3 hours and you do not feel hungry. I have only been in it for 1 week and have lost 7 lbs and my fiance 11.

Go for walks- at least for 20 minutes, maybe like 3 or 4 times a week.
Do cardio, run, bike, stairmaster, even a brisk walk will do. Alternate with light weights to tone muscles, heavy weights build mass. so do more reps with less weight.
Weight training, every pound of muscle you have, burns 50 calories more than fat in a day without doing any extra work!
