i dnt think so u can, if u take it first of all, the nausea, secondly, u will vomit and headache... thats what i get!! so try not to take, if u hv gastric bypass,
try some other diet food, supplementry diet food, might work, !
With a gastric bypass you will be loosing a lot of weight anyway so there should be no need to continue with diet pills.
