Whats a good Diet Pill to use? I'm thinking of trying out Hoodia?

Question:
Im considering buying the appetite suppresent drug Hoodia. And I am wondering if anyone out there has actually tried it? I've reasearched it a little bit on the web, but Im just afraid that its fake testimonies that people give at those websites that sell this drug ya know? And Im not even sure as to which website I should trust to buy it from. Anyone got any real stories they can share with this stuff? Or possibly any advice as to which appetite suppresent works best or just all in all whcih diet pill you have tried that really works? I do walk ervy morning and I watch what I eat but I just want a little bit of help. Any ideas? Thanks :o)

Answer:
I've been taking Phentermine for over a month now and I've lost 20 lbs! But I had to get it prescribed to me by my doctor. It seems to be working, but you definatley have to excercise, I go to the gym 4 times a week.
Hoodia did not do anything at all for me.
didn't do anything for me either...
grapefruit
grapes
watermelon
and lots of protien no pill dont work after you lose the weight if you dont eat right
try clenbuteral, it's the skinny pill of the stars
don't take diet pills.
It screws up your metabolism, it's not natural, and you don't know what side effects you may have.

Lose weight the old-fashioned way. eat right, exercise, de-stress, stay away from artificial sweetners and preservatives and enjoy your favorite foods in moderation and the weight will come off magically.
Non of the pills are good for your health. If you want to reduce weight, just simply eat a bit lesser and control your self. And jogging is a good exercise. But when you eat less you need to supplement some vitamins.
Thats the problem with overweight people. They are LAZZZZZZZZZZY.
They have to try to find the easy way to lose weight. NO!! losing weight does not come in a pill. Losing weight comes in respecting yourself, self control, self discipline. Instead of looking to lose weight in a pill, stop your laziness.
And i dont just mean physical laziness but mental laziness.
With an attitude like yours, no offense you will always have a weight problem. And if it s not a weight problem it will manifest itself into something else.
Bottomline: STOP being LAZY. Keep busy. Next time you have the urge to eat...go take a walk, go read a book. RESPECT yourself. Eat healthily.
Of course it's going to be hard, but it is all worth it. You deserve better.
OR you can stay lazy and rely on pills for your happiness.
I heard a documentary about Hoodia, and you have to take LARGE quantaties to see REAL results. Dr Dean Adell said that although there are studies showing weight loss in HOODIA, the amount that you get in pills are NOT a significant amount to actual see realistic results, and they have been compounded down too much. Overall Physical Activity should out way, your food consumption. Drinking water regularly, and plenty of rest for your body to recharge and feel good. What the mind can conceive the mind will achieve.
