Do diet pills really help?
Question:
Answer:
Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. no--not long term
don't know why?
No sorry to disillusion you but only exercise and a healthy diet will work.
Try lipo6 from GNC they are really good they cost around 60 dollars.
No. If you want to lose weight you must be committed to exercising and eating right. Not just until you lose the weight, but a lifelong committment, otherwise it will just come back.
The only diet pills that i know of that actually works, are those from the black market!
i have a friend that takes them and she lost 20 pounds in two weeks, and 60 pounds in one month
it depends on if you change your lifestyle accordingly. they dont work miracles, you have to eat healthy and exercise a little more than normal, stuff like that. it also depends on the person. if you are under 18 please talk to your doctor before you start taking diet pills. it is better to consult a doctor even if you are over 18. blessed be.
Yes some really work. I used phententermine and I lost about 3 pounds a week. i went from about a size 10 to a 3 in a few months. But...it really makes you thirsty and you feel really dried out. It made my scalp itch real bad! but that was the 1st month. i ate whatever I want, but i didn't eat that much at a single time, my cravings were really low, except for sugar, i seemed to crave sweets, but it didn't seem to affect my weight loss. BUT I also exercised everyday on the mini trampoline about 30-60 a day. Without the pills I don't have the energy to do that.
Everyone I know loses weight quickly and then it always comes back...sometimes even more. If they really worked, I doubt there would be fat people everywhere.
