Probably not, and even if someone tells you it is, there is no reason to take a chance. You shouldn't lose weight while you're pregnant. If you do moderate exercise like walking though it will help you not gain as much weight during your pregnancy.
Very, very bad idea. The easiest formula is to burn more calories than you take in. Just walk a little bit more each day, and limit your portions at each meal, while still eating enough for your body to produce milk.
Just remember that whatever you put into your mouth, your baby will be eating as well.

I honestly don't think that you should be taking any kinds of pills while you are breast feeding - there are other ways to lose weight. ( I thought breast feeding actually helped you to lose weight) Go for walks with baby, or while your baby is sleeping pop in an exercise DVD and work out.
NO! Anything you ingest will be ingested by your baby. Enjoy your 'womanliness' and worry about that extra fat once the baby is older.
