What diet pill actually works?


Question:
i need to lose weight and fast. i dont want to go under the knife. i have been excerising but it's not going well
Anything with the " Holy Trinity " weight loss Ingredients.

Green Tea
Ephedra
Caffeine

I suggest "Lipodrene", I use it , it works well. Supresses appetite & raises energy Tremendously!
Becoming healthy takes time. If you do it properly, you should be able to lose 1 - 1.5 pounds per week. Be patient... and don't let yourself gain it back.

You need to think of food as Fuel For Your Body, not enterainment for you mouth.

Cut out all the junk foods... Pop, Juice (unless 100% fruit; NOT from concentrate), chips, cakes, ice creame, and all fast foods. Replace this foods with healthy foods. these foods will contain far less calories.

Never eat less than 1,200 calories per day... your body will think you are starving and will cause you to retain food and water.

CARDIO workout 3-4 times per week for about 40 minutes. Never less than 30.

Lift weights Once per week to build muscle mass. Muscles use calories, and that a good thing.

None of the over the counter weight loss pills works. Believe me i've tried them and spent a fortune. You have to desciplined and work out by walking 30 minutes a day and cutting out the fried foods and I suggest not eating anything after 6:00 pm. Also drink lots of water and stay away from the sodas. Everyone wants the miracle pill but it doesn't exist.... if it does let me know where i can get it. Good luck to you.
