Have you ever tried Sunrider? It is a whole food natural herb product distributor. My mom sells it and I have tried lately the Metabooster and the Action caps...I seem to have more energy and to be able to stay on track while I am doing Weight Watchers. I lost 2.4lbs last week! I attribute that to my Sunrider products...GL.
I'd never take any of them. I don't know if this is considered a diet pill by your standards, but theirs a chemical called carnitine (or L-carnitine) that transfers fat in cells. I started taking it when I got into bodybuilding (I was fat), and I'm sure it helped me (along with aerobic excercises, a BIG change of eating habits...). You should take it about 30-40 minutes before an aerobic training (running/jogging/cycling/rowin... because after the body uses up its carnitine, it goes on to the metabolism of muscle (it uses muscle for energy), in which case you will lose muscle mass.
Talk to your doctor before taking diet pills. Some do help but there are side effects that may be unpleasant. Be informed before you start taking something that could possibly harm you.
just want to let you know that u will get like 3 or 4 ppl that will say dont use pills just excercise- blah blah - well i will tell u that i used zantrex 3 and they were VERY strong i only reccomend 1 or 2 a day as opposed to the 2 befere EVERY meal as they say ...it gives you LOTS of energy enough to clean your house AND do a thourough workout! i lost 17 pounds in less than 2 months after i had my baby. i may start taking them again need to lose a bit more it helps me to get a better workout - and u have to eat and DRINK LOTS OF WATER with these or u will feel sour stomach...so it forces you to do what all the fitness ppl tell u to do anyway - just give u more energy to do it!! good luck
and go to amazon they are 17-25 dollars there - they are $40 in stores
Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed.
