It gives you energy and you dont eat as much at all. makes you feel good. great with coffee in the morning. you DONT need to work out or change anything, the only bad things is that it's illegal now

although there are many neighsayers, ephedra does work. when taken responsibly in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program, and in my opinion, poses little health risk to healthy individuals who use it responsibly.
