Does anyone know if any of those over the counter diet pills really work?
Question:
Answer:
Seriously doubt it.the only true way to lose weight without an operation is to use up more calories than you take in.
Exercise and sensible eating is the way to go.
Some of them work for some people. Everyone is so different, you'd almost have to experiment to find the right one for you. Some of the best sellers in my experience are apple cider vinegar capsules or white bean extract capsules.
I have found that some give me more energy, which makes me feel like moving more, but there hasn't been one yet that would solve the problem. I've just started taking Hoodia. It really decreases my appetite, but I haven't lost any weight yet.
no they do not work
There aren't really any magic pills that will work without the need for eating better and exercising (believe me, I've looked). It was finally with the assistance of a Dietician that I was able to shed my pregnancy weight. Everyone is different, so telling you my plan may not be the right plan for you.
A bonus of using a dietician/nutrionist is that you only need to pay co-pays (if they're covered by your benefits) versus places like LA Weight Loss that want hundreds of dollars up front.
Good luck!
They dont work, sit down and make a meal plan stick to it and excercise, better yet see your doctor, give them something to do.
Some work and some don't!
Do not waste your money on them.
