There is no way to lose weight EASILY. They all involve a certain measure of sacrifice. It's only in Disney movies that some fairy godmother grants wishes like that.
There are only two things that will help you loose weight and they are listed on every bottle of diet pills. Good nutrition and regular exercise. There are no magic pills!
Ok loosing weight is simple. When you have a negative calorie intake, your body needs energy so it burns fat. (Fat is stored energy). When you have a positive intake, your body doesn't burn fat (it burns the calories you eat and then stores any extra you don't use as fat). Deiting is hard for one simple reason, people find it hard to fight the hunger feeling. It is even harder because the stronger the feeling, the more weight you loose. You know how people go on diets and loose lots of weight the first week and it is really hard because you are so hungary, but then it becomes easier in hunger pains, but you loose less weight? Thats cause your metabolism is slowing down. Less hunger pain = less weight loss. To get around this, have a cheat day once a week from the diet of your choice. (High protein, low carb is the best type of diet) This cheat day will keep your metabolism up so you'll loose more weight, and also you won't go crazy and end up quitting your diet.

It is not rocket science, but it is also not easy. You have to take in negative calories (burn more than you eat). The less you eat the less you need to burn, the more you eat the more you need to burn to start using up body fat.

So, stick to a program that suits you, Excersice hard, and have a cheat day! If you are looking for diet pills, becareful some are dangerous.
