Has anyone here tried Hodia diet pills?

Well, I tried them for a very short period of time (right before the holidays). It HELPED me lose 8 lbs. In conjunction with the Hoodia, I also ate lighter using the weight watchers method. I didn't join weight watcher, just did it on my own.
I want to go back and try them again. It does curb your appetite and you will forget to eat but then when you remember you are already STARVING hungry so make sure you have the right foods around to munch on. I think they do work.
I bought my bottle of Hoodia from the health food store. It was $23.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules. I was told I bought the brand that first started bottling it, FLORA Premium herbal formulas.

Yes...I have. I just watched a tv special on the Discovery channel. There is not enough Hoodia in pill form in the us that you can buy that would be effective. It is only grown in one region in the world. The FDA will not put a seal of approval on any hoodia products. Sensible diet and exercise is your best bet. I found that smaller portions work for me.and I LOVE to eat.
