Has anybody had some success with a certain diet pill/plan? I need to lose about 50lbs.?

Question:
I'd prefer a pill you don't have to take everyday, but if you've had the sucess all suggestions are welcome. *(hopefully nothing that speeds you out too much, I tend to get bitchy). thanks!
You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.
medication is a short quick answer and can have not so nice side effects. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to better help you on this site
i used the sonoma diet and it's really simple. all u get rid of is white sugar and flour and i dropped 10 lbs in 1 month!!!!theres a book called the sonoma diet, get that its good!
I joined Weight Watchers and in 7 months i lost 84lbs...and i had one cheat night a week where i would eat one meal (whatever i wanted). I didn't exercise and take any pills. Just straight Weight Watchers. I really did work. I lost 5.5lbs the first week.
I doubt you will lose 50 lbs. For the most part you are a pork pie because of your lifestyle. You need to change your entire lifestyle and most likely that is not going to happen.

I would suggest just getting used to wearing "full figured" (as your type call it) clothing.
Hello.

You really do not need a pill at all ! I went on a diet in mid february until the mid may and I went from a size 10 / 12 to a
petite size 2 / 3. I drank hot and / or cold coffee, no sugar.
No snacks, no sweets, walked 4 -5 miles everyday. Exercised
everyday. lifted 5lb. weights everyday. Ate only fresh veggies,
oatmeal. No meats. Fruits in the placew of sweets. No milk.
replaced it with calcium suppliment. Water, Water, Water.

Good Luck.

Stay Healthy in your diet.
Obviously diets that cut out certain items like carbs or white sugar and flour will work for people who already eat a lot of those items. The best thing to do is seek advice from a nutritionis and find out what you need.

I've never liked the idea of 'fast' weigh loss because most of the weight tends to be water and losing weight so quickly tends to turn in to gaining back that weight and then some once you stop your diet. Whatever you choose, be careful when you stop and gradually work your way back into a regular eating regime. Good luck!
Weight Loss/ Hoodia sample works for me! It's a good alternative. I suddenly stopped binging for more sweets and carbs. So I guess, that only means it's effective. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php... and know more about the product details.
To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
