Diet pills definitely don't work! They are also usually unhealthy in the long run. The best way to lose weight, is to eat sensibly, and exercise consistently. No one said it would be easy, but it's worth it in the long run, both for physical reasons, and for health reasons.
Forget it. The only diet pill that may have some impact is prescription drug like Meridia, coupled with a physician administered program. Most other "diet" pills only cause you to lose excess fluids because they work as dieretics.

I have not found any diet pills that work. If you are really wanting to lose weight you have to change your lifestyle. You have to change your food intake, watching not only your calories, but unhealthy carbs and sugars. Diet is also a key part of losing weight. You dont have to be a die hard work outer. I myself have lost over 20 lbs by eating more whole foods and less fried foods. I work out on an elipitcal machine 3 days a week for 30 mins a day. My weight loss is slow, but at least it will stay off, because im changing my lifestyle.
Diet pills dont work. If you are serious about loosing weight then try this. You will want to eat the size of your fists, carbs and protein. You want to get that portion about every two hours. It will raise your engry and burn more fat. Also do this 6 days a week and the 7th day eat what ever you want. You also need to exercise! 30mins of cardo 3 days a week and weight lifting the other 3 days. You will not get a big build from working out.
