to lose weight quickly you should still stick to the basics which i am sure you know what those are, eating right, and being active. I have found that the best way to lose weight is to start running. I was running about 2 miles a day during the summer and eating alright not perfect but i lost 12 pounds. Its just up to you and how hard you work. Dont do anything crazy like not eating because you will just end up gaining weight. Good luck!

you will have to work out every day for about an hour and work hard until you reach your goal it should only take about 1week

Replace all beverages with water. Stay out of your house, so you don't have to look at food that you have easy access too. Eat 3 low calorie meals a day. Healthy choice usually has meals under $3 but it is high in sodium.
If fast means in a couple days and you want it gone permanently, forget it. Neither safe nor lasting.
Other than that, drink lots of water, avoid salt.
Run everyday for a few miles and the pounds will shed. you could do what i did when i lost 70 lbs in a couple months...play video games and hardly eat...NO soda!
