I have heard that Duromine is really good..
I've tried a few. Back in the Ephedra days, they would definitely give you energy, but since then, I've not seen any significant differences at all.

Diet drugs that actually work exist already. The only catch is they also kill you or destroy you in some other way. So they have these mediocre things that they pawn off as diet supplements.
Besides drugs, which never work long term unless you can afford to be on them for life, the only thing that works is this equation:
Weight = Genetics x Lifestyle x Food
That's really all it is. Drug companies want your money so they'll tell you there's a drug that can make you lose weight. Some things will never change. 100 years from now, there will still be companies advertising that pills alone can make you lose weight as long as there are suckers wanting to pay them money for it. We should do the world a favor and make those companies shove their drugs where the sun don't shine.
