Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

No I can't because there are not good diet pills. If you don't want to gain the weight back, diet pills aren't for you. They might help you lose some pounds in the short term but as soon as you stop taking them, the weight will come back. Diet and exercise are the only way to take the weight off and keep it off. Sorry, there isn't any, I've tried myself. if you do a combo of walking and running at least three days a week for two hours you will see a difference.
Well the only way not to gain the weight back is thru watching your diet and regular excercise. However I used Leptopril, a generic form of Leptoprin. It worked pretty good for me.
There really aren't any good pills, and there are no shortcuts either. I joined Weight Watchers and am on my second week. I lost 9 pounds the first week. Find you a program like this and stick to it. I'm finding the WW program is pretty easy.
I just started taking nutrex lipo6. That gave me a lot of energy seems to be working. You will have to change you eating habits and work out. I am using this to kick start my weight lose. If you don't want to gain the weight back the pill will not help thats going to be up to you.
