I need to get in shape. What's the best way to do it? pills? Exersize? Diet?

Watch what you eat,avoid excess sugars,salts,and carbs.
Excercise..checkout a local gym they often have free trials so you can find one that best suits you.
There are no short cuts to doing the work required to be fit and in shape...but you will feel and look great if you put in the time.

Diet and exercise, but no pills! Believe me, they're just medicated anorexia.
A healthy diet and regular exercise is the best remedy. Try cutting out things you know are not good for you on a regular basis, such as deep fried foods and other fatty foods. Regular exercise such as walking, cycling, dancing, jogging, swimming, aerobics etc is very good for you, along with regular strength exercises. Keep it up and you will see results. Good luck.
Definatly not pills like the other people said workout an hour a day 7 days a week and eat organic {non chemical grown} food and stay away from sugars. and "Low fat" products because you end up with twice the carbs. Have a grapefruit and a whey protein smoothie for breakfast and a big salad for lunch and dinner with whatever you want on it.{not too much fatty dressing} drink a LOT of water 8 glasses is best and dont eat after 6 pm. Oprah has a lil tip. Do 20min arebics before dinner to burn off the calories before bed. and to help you unwind green and chamomile teas are great with a couple sit ups and streches and your ready for bed!

If you are talking about losing weight, Weight Watcher's has worked for me. I have lost 45 pounds my first year. That is amazing when you consider that I have been a chronic over eater y whole life.
Weight Watcher's also teaches a little about certain excercises which build strenth and toned muscles as part of the weight loss plan. So that is an extra bonus. Since joining I feel better and am in better shape than i've been in for over 10 years.
