Do diet pills really work on people who want to lose weight, or is it just a fake fact?

Question:

Answer:
Diet pills could help you lose weight for a short time, but it is not a permanent fix. Also, diet pills usually have negative side effects. You may lose weight using them, but the moment you stop, the weight will be right back on. The most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is with diet and exercise.
They do for some people. I lost 14 pds on them but they made me to jittery so I quit taking them.
yes they if used right and work out on a regular basis and have a good diet
Nothing over the counter works. Nothing sold on TV works. If the bottle, ad, website or commercial says "this product/these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA" it's bogus.

The ones you get from a doctor work but they have side effects. I take phentermine.
