Do Diet Pills Work & Which Ones?
Question:
I have tried lipo-6 with no side effects but only lost 7 pounds during the month I took it
sometimes. my friends mom actually gained weight from it.
the best diet pill is called EXERCISE and it's free
I have actually tried them - the kind? cardio and weights
They make me feel great! I even lost weight!
Amazing!
Hydroxycut did not work for me. It made me sick and made my heart rate go up. Regular exercise and watching what I ate worked much better alone than with a diet pill. Good luck
As constructive criticism, im a person that knows too much about diet pills. As you said, some dont work and some do have some serious side affects.
I suffered from eating disorders in my teens and ended up 20kilos overweight by binge eating by the age of 18. I eventually went through a strict eating plan and lost all the weight plus 5 kilos more ( roughly about 45-50lbs loss in total).
That was almost 10 years ago and i have put on some of that weight again but i now know how to control my eating habits.
As for the pills i tried nearly every single one on the naturopathic market. All of them claimed to do this or that and in the long run none of them worked.
It has now been proven that most diet pills dont work (unless they have been approved by a pharmeceutical association) and that they have supporting evidence to back their claims up.
If they do not supply the supporting evidence with their product when u ask for it - dont go for it. Its just too good to be true.
There is a product here in Australia which has become available to the public which has the drug admin board approval. The name of it may vary from country to country but its supposed to be really good.
A friend took it and said she felt great throughout the whole time she took it.
Here is a link with some information on it.
Cheers
Try push-aways as in push yourself away from a table with food on it; they work better than any diet pill ever invented.
Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.
