Is there a diet pill for a person with slight high blood presurre?

Question:

Answer:
Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills... . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
not that I'm aware of... I suggest you drink 2 glasses of decaf green tea and do 30 minutes of yoga every day it will help you loose weight and control your BP
Your question should read "is there a SAFE and EFFECTIVE diet pill, and the answer is "no", high b/p notwithstanding.
Diet pills do not work... your blood pressure is probably high because you are overweight. The only way to reduce weight and keep it off is to increase your exercise and/or reduce your caloric intake.

Dieting does not work because when you diet your body thinks it is being starved so when you do eat it stores more fat than before. Fat storage was a way to insure survival during times of famine... today people don't typically starve to death but many do eat to death.

Avoid high caloric foods and begin an exercise program. You could start with a simple 15 min walk every day and add 5 minutes to it each week until you are up to an hour a day (at this pace it will be about 90 days). You will have a significant improvement in your well being by doing this.

Walk at a pace that is comfortable, you should be able to maintain a conversation with someone during your walk. Don't push yourself, the important thing now is starting a new habit

After the 3 months cut back to walking only 3 or 4 days a week for an hour, and incorporate some other form of activity such as weights, yoga, swimming, etc...

Changing your habits will change your life.
No. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Cut your sodium intake in half, by whatever means, and it will cause a drop in blood pressure.
