What effects on a 15 year old would diet pills do? if any?
Question:
Answer:
Stop trying to take the easy way out. Start eating right and exercising. Those diet pills are for extremely obese people (i.e. over 400 pounds). Are you over 400 pounds? Didn't think so.
Besides a pill is only a temporary fix. In about a month or two, you're going to be right back where you started without eating right and exercise. Plus, I hear the side effects of diet pills are horrible; like anal leakage and having your hair fall out.
Don't take those. There is a reason that it is illegal for them to be sold to people under tht age of 18. They can actually cause high blood pressure, HEART ATTACK and STROKE.
Cant you eat healthy instead. Diet pills are expensive and surpress appetite (not a lot though) but take a long time to start working and made me feel anxious and shakey. xx
don't take those my ex partner did shes now only 7 stone and finds it impossible to do most ordinary tasks...She getting the weight back on slowly but the pills make you very ill very quickly because your body is still growing...
They make you vomit, light headed, they give you stomach cramp and also make it near impossible to keep food down...
If a 15 year old has a weight problem they should cut back on the portions they eat. If you look up diabetic diet you can follow that and loose weight. But a work out tape. They have some good ones at the dollar store for a dollar. I got Tae Boo with Billy something and its a good tape. I work out for at least 10 minutes by myself in front of the TV every day. I cut back on anything with sugar in it including all deserts. Eat smaller portions but keep my calories about 1500. Eat a lot of fruit. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sometimes if I think I am hungry I drink a glass of water.
It took me a long time to put this weight on and I will lose it slowly. Do not want to cut back on my proteins and essential nutrients the body needs. At 15 if you do a harsh diet it can make you sick and it can cut back on reaching your potential height. I am 5' 6" . My grand daughter who dieted is 4'10". Usually though teens put on a little weight before they grow and that is normal. children do that too. They put on the weight then they grow 3 inches and that slims them down again.
well i am in the same boat as you except im 17 and over the summer i took SmartBurn and in the first week i lost 10 pounds, no joke i swear on the bible, neways they only cost like 25 at walmart for like a months worth, i only took 2 pills a day instead of 4 and as soon as i got tired of taking them i slowly put the weight on again and am now back at my original weight. it wasnt the effect of the pills it was my unwilling to eat better after i got off the pills so yes take them until your down to your weight with the help of excercise and eating heathlier and you should be able to get and keep the weight off
i had no sideeffects and i loved getting on the scale and reading 150 pounds down from 165 in 2 weeks
just try it
it may not be for everyone
i ate whatever i wanted and i sat around the house a lot
there was no cramps
i guess im lucky
thanks for the question i think im going to go back on them and join the gym ill let you about the weight loss as it happens
Do not take them!! At 15 yrs old there are too many other options right now othere than diet pills. It addition to losing the weight you need to be concious of the condition of you're overall health. Diet pills do not help it at all. Usually diet pills are for extreme obiese individiuals. As hard as it is for some people exercise is the best "diet pill" you can give yourself. No one ever got fit because they sat on their but and just wanted too. You actually have to make a reall attempt to get out and do it. Diet pills alone are a very dangerous solution.
Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills... . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.
