Im thinking of starting the diet pill relacore..has anyone taken it and if so did it work for you?
Question:
Answer:
No. Just because a particular diet pill worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you.Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspi...
I have been thinking the samething til I watch Oprah's show 11/02 Thurs with Dr Oz and his partner Dr. Mike...anyway they have a new book. But I think I'm going to get the book. They have a program at 10PM EST on the Discovery channel Friday 11/03/06 which is their method for weight loss particularly in the waistline which is the most dangerous of fat. ck it out.
Diet pills in general are not permanently effective and only provide quick fixes. I have not taken the pill and am not familar with anyone that has, but these pills are generally a let down to the user several months down the road as the weight comes right back or there is a very dangerous side effect. Proper exercise and eating right is and will always be the most effective and permanent way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
