What is the best diet pill for mild weight loss? I'm a 23 yr old female, 130 lbs, want to get back to 120.

I have a healthy diet and I excersie too. But I want a little boost.

Drink water, water, water. Right now you should be drinking 65 ounces a day - 1/2 your body weight. Cut out all artificial sweeteners (as they can cause cancer) and diet sodas (as they make you GAIN weight.). Try to walk an hour a day, and cut out stress when you can. When you eat dairy - or wheat, eat them TOGETHER like a piece of cheese and a triscuit. The wheat and dairy act together to kill fat cells.
you don't need a diet pill for just ten pounds. diet and exercise should be more than enough to help you lose the weight. if you were 20 or 30 pounds then i would maybe think about a pill, but not for just ten.
Diet pills are not a good way to lose weight. Continue to diet and exercise.

cut back on your food intake a little and exercise a little more. 10 pounds shouldn't take you more than two months.
