you need to tell someone...have you tried talking to her?? i would try talking to her and tell her what your concerned about...and tell her that you're going to have to tell an adult if she keeps it up...if and when you do tell she will be mad, but if she is your true friend she'll stay mad for a little bit and then realize that you only did it because you cared and you can go on being frineds...if not then she just stays mad.but either way...you were doing the right thing...it's better to tell and possibly save her life and not be friends than to keep your mouth shut and regret not telling someone when something irreversible happens...
if she's really your friend you should be able to voice your concerns...but if you want to keep her as a friend try to be concise about it...
