Good experience with diet pills?


Question:
I would like to lose 15-20 pounds before Christmas, and have a goal of 45-50 pounds total within the next 6 months or so. I get easily discouraged when I don’t see results quickly and then I quit. I would like a boost to help me get started and see some results so I keep going.

What supplement did you use? How much weight did you lose and in what length of time? What else were you doing to lose weight besides the supplement? Did you have any side effects? If you did what were they?

I know I’m asking a lot of questions and I appreciate any good advice from your personal experience. Thanks!!

I have known people who had very good luck with "release" from GNC. Like 10 pounds within the first week and then it tapered off just a bit. After several months, one of the girls that used it had lost probably 50 pounds, but she also, changed her diet and began to exercise. She is no longer taking the pills, mainly because they are expensive, but now she has the confidence in herself and continues to eat right and exercise. Good Luck!
