Right here -- all diet pills are a mistake. They only work with diet and exercise, and then they work only as well as they would if you had dieted and exercised without the pills.

diet pills are basically SPEED.
you don't need them, why don't you try and actively sort yourself out, if you think you need to loose weight.
it's the (ugly) easy way out, and it's more dangerous than just eating properly and doing some excersise.
if you still want drugs to solve your problem, I'd suggest some marajuana, and when you get the munchies, just don't eat!
The previous poster could be right for some diet pills, but also a lot of diet pills just make you have diarrhea, so you don't digest any of your food and therefore don't gain weight. Its obviously extremely unhealthy, and you don't absorb the essential vitamins and minerals. The only way to have successful long term weight loss is to eat fewer Calories and exercise more.
OK~ You've heard it all b/4... all the risks, dangers, it's only a quick fix, but seriously it's not the way to go.
I suggest get a buddy. Find a friend, relative, co-worker and challenge each other. Maybe put a wager down for who loses the most/week! (you don't need to tell your weight, just the last # to see who lost the most) Take the money you'd be throwing away buying pills and put it in an envelope. Have your buddy match the amount and whoever loses the most for the week gets the cash! Money motivates!
Think of all the extra cash you'll have to buy that new wardrobe!!

diet pils to lose weight ? just stop putting the food in your mouth. sorry but haven't got much time for those that think a 'magic pill' is the cure-all.
