Which diet pills really work?

I've changed my eating habits, even tried exercising when I've got time. I'm working 2 jobs, going to school and I've got a family, so exercising isn't something I can do regularly. But I'm not always sitting on my butt doing nothing either. I'm drinking lots of water during the day, sometimes I'll drink sweet tea but no coffee or soda. But nothing is working to help me lose weight. I don't need to drop a whole lot, just about 15-20lbs. Looking for some good diet pills to help things along. I'm going to try an internal detox that only lasts for 14 days and then try the diet pills. Anyone recommendations?

i never took diet pills for a long term, but my experience is that they make you jittery, and kind-of shaky?
it's like you've had 5 cups of coffee.
sometimes i will just take 1 or 2 for the extra energy.
I'm sure many of the pills on the market have caffeine in them and / or other stimulants.
another side effect of caffeine is that it reduces your appetite.

Stop drinking any caffeine, sweet tea is worse. Caffeing stimulates your metabolosm, slows it down, and you start eating again.

Forget diet pills-they only make the idiots rich who claim they work, and your mind is brainwashed. If I told you to jump off a 3 story building because it will wake you up in the morning, will you do it? Hell no you wouldn't! So what makes you think diet pills will work?

Here is what I did to loose 57 lbs because of hormonal imbalance: Just eat sensibly. For lunch and dinner-Have 2/3 of your plate with veggies, 1/6 of meat, and the other 1/6 of starch. Eat that, and stop-NO SECONDS!!! Do not drink during meals-that will slow the digestion process. Drink only water. For breakfast (AND DO NOT SKIP THIS MEAL) eat 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, or 6 oz of yogurt, 1/2 of an english muffin with a scant of margarine (I like Smart Balance Light with Flax oil) and 1/2 of a grapefruit or 8 oz of grapefruit juice. The juice or fruit acts like a catalyst to help burn off calories.

There you are, see, NO DIET PILLS! Eat sensibly, and your diet will follow itself.

If you find time to just walk a mile two or three days a week, fine. If not, just stay active and not a couch potato. If you have smaller kids, just run after them as you always have, they won't mind, you get in your activity, and you will enjoy your family more.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
