Anytime you lose weight fast, it's not good for you and will probably not last long. You'll gain it back, more than likely.

But friends of mine swear by Metabolife and Green Tea. The directions on the Metabolife say to take several a day (I forget the exact number), but I tried taking one pill one morning, just to see the result. I got my house cleaned in record time, rode my bike around town, and still had energy to spare. It wasn't a "buzz" kind of energy either. I just felt great! So I recommend starting anything slowly. I think that if you really want to lose weight, you can do it all by yourself. How? I did it in 6 months. I trained myself really hard and lost 90 pounds in 7 months clean! So, every time a person asks me how they should lose weight, I say train your body, mind and soul all together they will work to gain confidence and you'll lose weight faster.
