What diet pills actually work? and how much weight did you lose and how long did it take you?

Unfortuanltly, I don't think they work at all. I remember seeing an Oprah epidsode a while ago, where she said "If it existied, I'd a bought it! I'd have gone to the island, paid the man,. .. I'd have it, ladies. It's just not out there."
I know that diet and exersice is necessary. What I need help with is putting all of that into motion. How do I eat the cottege cheese and fruit when what I really want is doretos? There is where the problem lies with me. (And most people, probably.)
I do not know of any diet pills that actually work and still keep you healthy. Just about every diet pills I have heard of is not good for you - you might lose weight but you also hurting your body.
Most legitimate diet pills work by suppressing your appetite. Chemicals in the pills counteract the pain that you experience when you are hungry. If you correctly manage your diet, the pills could help you get through the times when you just have to run out and have a cheeseburger. If your diet is mismanaged (i.e. you have no plan), then they will probably have no effect.
Illegitimate diet pills usually claim to conduct some kind of magic, such as attacking fat cells or preventing your body from digesting food. It is completely legal for them to make this claim as long as some fine print is present. At best, the pills are probably just placebos of vitamins. Alternatively, the pills may contain some kind of laxative which causes diarrhea (which will cause you to breifly lose weight in the form of water). At worst, they are made overseas with materials that have no business being in a consumable pill, such as powdered cement or compressed drywall.
With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
