The best diet pill that I ever used was Hydroxycut with Ephedra. Since they have taken out the Ephedra, it isn't the same at all. There is no other fat-burner that I have tried that is better than Ephedra. Good luck finding it though. All of the people that abused it and had adverse effects have made it illegal in many places. Alcohol can kill you too, and it does kill many people, but it's still legal. Makes you wonder why Ephedra is really illegal.

none, because if they worked you wouldn't have to always be on them. Once you stop...you gain the weight back...I would trust a doctor or dietition...not a company that says that "doctor's approve of this pill"
