Does Rapidslim sx diet pill have muscle pain side effect? I took it and have muscle pain in my arm and neck.?

I started taking the pill two days ago and today I am having really bad upper arm, back and neck pain. I was unsure if it is because of the pill of maybe I pulled a muscle exercising. Also could this be signs of another illness?
