I've tried a few of the diet pills out there, and I've gotta say none of them worked for me. Although a friend of mine has tried the very same pills and it worked for her. We have the same activity level, we walk daily and lift light weights. So I really think it depends on the person taking them, every one has a different chemical make up so the reaction will be different.
If you want to try one, I'd suggest SlimQuick, that's the one that works best for my friend.
They don't, if they did everyone would be slim. Diet and exercise works.discipline.

Lipo-6 works for me, I lose 7 lbs that I can attribute to using it, but you have to exercise too
None! Diet and exercise are the only sure way to lose weight and keep it off. I have tried many diet pills and diet drinks. They would initially take off some weight but It would come right back. Changing the way you eat and exercising are the only true solution to a slimmer and healthier lifestyle.
I have lost 20 lbs on the ISAGENIX program. It is a great program and you see lasting results fast.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
