Yes and while it certainly does suppress hunger with no "known"
side effects, it also has the same effect with thirst! It suppresses thirst which can dehydrate u! My friend uses a natural (no synthetics) food-based weight loss formula that she gets at www.vitesite.com. She said she liked the Hoodia but was unsure about it's long-term effects on her health. FYI!
