Has anyone tried a diet pill that actually works honestly?

Answer:
Slim 30
Relacore works really well with modest diet and water
urm... no
Stimerex-ES works great and you dont need to exercise that often either for it to work effectivley.
yes. guardio-m
I don't think that for long term weight loss diet pills work because once you stop taking the pill people tend to go back to their old eating habbits again. Also these pills weaken heart muscles, excellerate heart rate, give you head aches, shortness of breath and can make people short tempered
I tried Hydroicut and I had a bad reaction to it. I was lookin to lose 20pds and almost lost my heart. Personally I think pill poppin is a bit risky but maybe your doctor can put you on a plan that works for you.
not really - dexatrim worked somewhat but made me shakey. The best way I found to lose weight (actually 27 pounds in the last 42 days) is on a no diet weight loss plan called STACK
To the benefit of my doubt, I believe there is no diet pill without some type of healthy eating and exercise.

There are pills that remove hunger but that usually gives you a headache and gets you weak at times. There's others that work great in breaking the excess fat from your body, but without exercising (body heat -- running, jogging, power-walk, sports, etc...) you will not lose that body fat that one so much desires to lose.

If you take a close look at all diet pills or any weight loss treatment, you'll see that it mentions something in regards to healthy eating and/or light/moderate exercise.

Basically, in my own words, the diet is what you want it to be. There are alot of fat burning pills (my take) that will help you tremendously, but you must be willing to exercise and eat healthy. Losing weight is hard and it's very exciting when you reach your ideal weight or close to it, but the hardest part of all is keeping it off. One usually reverts to the same lifestyle or eating habits that got you to the weight you didn't want -- it's all a matter of will power.

Good Luck.
a lot of diet pills do work. if u dont see instant results and quit like 90% of people. Find a diet pill, exercise 3-5times a week, cut down calories and sugar and drinks lots of water. do it for months! and u will get results that stay. if u want instant right results u will prolly just lose water and muscle and end up gaining more weight
there are 2 types that i would try, one from the drs. called "reductil" and the other is from an "aloe vera" company
Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills... . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
Thermoslim from health food shops really do work. Just make sure you take multivitamins and stick to a well balanced diet, I went from a size 12 to an 8.
Yes. Xenical. It's a pharmacutical, rather than a herbal pill, and it stops you absorbing about 30% of the fat you eat.
I tried 100% Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

i don't understand the obsession with diet pills and wether they work or not.

so they tell you to take them with a calorie controlled diet and get plenty of excercise - so if you're dieting anyway, you're going to lose weight, diet pill or not!

there is NO medical research to suggest they work at all. none whatsoever.
yes xenical you get it on prescription from docs it basically limits the amount of fat storage in your guts and basically well you poo out the rest its not very nice in the fact you cant eat fats really only minimun=m and if you do you poo oily stuff!
