Am not good at dieting and i am not comfortable with all the slimming pills etc. what shd i do?

exercise! slimming pills arent really the answer. some can give you more energy to exercise. but seriously.. cut down your portions gradually. it can take up to 20 mins til your brain knows your full. Exercise 20 mins a day.. even just go for a walk.. and gradually pick up the pace. and DO NOT eat past 7 o'clock. Everything you eat past then.. sits in your stomach overnight..and is stored as fat b/c your body and your metabolism doesnt work as hard. When you eat earlier, your body burns it off quicker b/c you are up and moving all day.
Well you don't have to go on a full blown diet but just cut back on your food intake and when you eat, eat with a large glass of water so that you can get full faster and won't eat as much. Also when you're eating eat slowly it willl trick your stomach into thinking that you're eating more and will get full faster. If you need anymore info you can email me at liivepiink@yahoo.com

I joined weight watchers. Basically just taught you how to eat well, and track what you eat. Easy as pie, no pills and I lost 40 pounds in about 4-5 months. We had a meeting leader who was funny as hell and made going worthwhile. And I don't care what anyone else says, when you lose 10 pounds and 50 people get up and clap, you feel like a movie star!
Dieting and sliming pills are bad.
Avoid them.
You should workout.
Engage in outdoor games like football,badminton,cricket and make sure you eat according to the amount of calories you burn.
The more the burning,the more you should eat.
