My exboyfriend lost a ton of weight when we were together by taking Superdrine from netnutri.com. It really did work great for him. I have thought about trying it but it's a little pricy.
please dont take them, people die from taking them.
water is the best diet pill out there!
Relacore
i think you are beautiful the way u are and u should not change yourself just because you see imperfections in the mirror and no pills don't actually help anyways
Go for a green tea pill...it will make you less hungry and it speeds up your metabolism.
grapefruit juice...24 oz daily..4 lbs lost every 12 weeks...it's been working for me...why take a pill if you can drink some juice?...way healthier and lots of vitamin c :)
Do you really want to take the easy way out? You'll just gain the weight back after you stop taking the pill - or do you want to take it FOREVER, wasting all that money taking who-knows-what is in that non-FDA approved tablet? Just exercise and eat correctly and you WILL lose the weight!

Any diet pill "works", but the fat will come back. You'll go back to eating the foods that made you overweight.
You can try a diet like Kimkins that naturally depresses your appetite? It's my favorite part. You'll notice in the Kimkins.com Success Stories that lots of "losers" appreciated no appetite!
The guy that says water has a point. A really good pair of running shoes and the determination to jog burns 550 calories an hour. Thats more than most forms of exercise, and doesn't make you psychotic-oh yes, diet pills do that!
Hey i've been trying to loose weight as well, so this trainer guy told me bout this fat burning pills called "Green tea fat metabolizer." You take 2 half an hour before lunch and same before dinner, and these hep curva appetite and burn body fat. They take a bout 10 weeks to reach maximun effectiveness, also he sid to take with fiber slution to help digest foods better, and lots of water! I recommend "benefiber" which you can stir into a glass of water and not even taste it.
Honey, sorry to drop a bomb, but diet pills just dont work! Eat healthy, and excerise. You will feel good if you just do that. Also, even if you do decide that diet pills are for you, you still need to excerise and eat healthy as well. Diet pills , are said to help you loose weight, but truthfully, just by taking them, you won't become skinny.
Follow your heart honey!
Remember, no gimmicks required: each pound is 3,500 calories. Consume fewer calories than you are burning through daily activity (or extra exercise, either one), and your body will use reserves of stored up calories.
One gram of fat is 9 calories; one gram of carbohydrates is 4.5 calories. Regardless what they say, you will lose more weight eating lots of carbs, for the above reason, than eating lots of fat.
Will power and self denial are the only things that work. And more exercise -- even better. Find out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. If you can cut your calories by 500 a day, below this maintenance level, you will lose a pound a week. (7 days x 500 calories = 3,500 calories/1 pound)
Good luck!
Hi, the problem with diet pills---and with diets---is that the body adapts quickly and resists losing weight. Eating more protein helps by stimulating a hormone that reduces hunger. Carbohydrates stimulate hunger biochemically.
Regarding drugs, Wellbutrin is more effective than Meridia or Xenical (and these are both expensive, and insurance doesn't cover them and they doen;t work very well) and it is very well known as a succesfull drug that works for a lot of people with not many side effects. A combination of wellbutrin and another drug (zonisamide) is being developed by Orexigen in San Diego. Both drugs are already being used as therapeutics and it turns out that when taken together in the right dose, etc. it is VERY effective for weight loss, and it looks like it will be an OK drug to take in terms of not having bad side effects. Why is a combination good? Becasue when you lose weight, the body has multiple ways of sensing this and interprets that the dieter is "starving" and starts turning up the appitite to make sure the dieter doesn't starve. This reaction is biochemical and it doesn't matter if the person weighs 110 lbs or 310 lbs. The combination of the two drugs is because the first drug stimulates the biochemistry so we are not hungry and the second one keeps it from being shut down when the body senses we are losing weight.
A totally new drug has been approved in Europe (rimonabant) but I think it has some seriously bad side effects and the FDA has delayed approving here, probably with good reason.
Byetta is a new drug from last year for diabetics that has been successful for people to lose weight if they are diabetic, but it is an injectable, and I have read that it gets old having to inject it everyday. Merck just released an oral drug that is similar, but it does not have the weightloss effect, apparently.
Relacore and corti-slim, etc. I think are probably false advertising, also Hoodia, is probably fake.
Caffeine is OK - but be careful about drinking soft drinks sweetened with high fructose corn syrup. Fructose is metabolized in the body is a way that does not register calories-- you still feel hungry and thirsty--and if you have extra weight on you, you are insulin resistant, your body will respond biochemically by wanting more. This can lead to overeating calories really fast.
If your body has extra fat, it wants to add more, biochemically. If you have fat, your body wants you to make more fat. It is the way human beings are engineered. Once you are overweight, your body wants you to get fatter. It is a survival mechanism left over from the Ice Ages and caveman days when there was not much food around, and sending it to fat was the best way to keep it.
Most important thing is not to gain weight any more weight. If you do, get it off immediately. Prevention is the best way to deal with the extra weight problem.
TrimSpa baby and some water
Ok I really hate it when people tell you that it wont work. Ask your doctor to prescribe you Mireda. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months on it and I have kept the weight off for 3 years. About twice a year I take two weeks of this pill and can lose from 5-10 lbs...it is an appetite suppresant and it speds up your metabolism. You will not gain the weightt right back because it helps shrink your stomach and you will feel much fuller after eating less. I think the medicine just helps you learn what it takes to make you full.
You can buy this drug over the net..only take the 10mg dose
By the way, you dont have to be very overweight to use the drug..I am only 130 lbs and it still works great
Good luck...you only need that intial push and once you lose a few pounds you will feel much more energy so if you want to work out you will be more motivated!
Don't know of any pill, but there is a really cool book by Dr Peter J. D'Adamo called 'Eat Right
4 Your Type'. In it he proposes that we find out what our bloodgroup is and then adopt the diet appropriate for that bloodgroup. Mine is O positive and his diet recommendations sure have worked for me. Good luck!
I fell kinda bad telling you this but adderall, dexedrine,or any of the amphetamines, but they are so damn addicting.
Green Tea pills are great because it's natural and green tea has been proven to speed the metabolism, however actually drinking green tea gives you a feeling of fullness as well as other benefits. Hydroxycut is another pill I like. It also speeds your metabolism, but isn't good if you take it on an empty stomach, it will only give you jitters. TrimSpa is the best pill i've found that curbs hunger, especially good if you eat out of boredom. If you are obese, you can go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe to you Adipex, which is awesome, too.
Most work but only temporarily and with long term use (more than 30 days) they can cause some serious medical and health issues down the road for you ... I lost my weight 27 pounds in just over 40 days with 20 more pounds to go on a natural and healthy "No Diet" weight loss plan along with a natural and healthy energy drink ... I can send you a FREE sample of the energy drink as I am a corporate promotional sponsor for the manufacturer but I can't do that with the weight loss product (sorry) ... Best of luck to you in discovering the new you and please stay away from the pills
