Diet pills??
Question:
Answer:
Please, don't use diet pills, they can be dangerous for you. You want to use vit/min supplements and meal replacement shakes and bars from a reputable company (slimquick actually has a lot of sugar in it). I have found what I consider to be the best for weight loss and they actually taste great too. This company also has a patented and proven food bar that allows our bodies to burn excess FAT rather than blood suger and are guaranteed (if you're not satified send back the empty box for a full refund). I know they work because I've dropped 60 lbs in 18 months without a lot of hard exercise and by changing my eating habits. Another great site you can visit is www.vfl.com and take a guest tour, then if you'd like more info on how you can try these fab products email me at devlsinc@yahoo.ca
No diet pills. Do it naturally. Dont put bad things like that into your body. Try changing you work out. More abs workout. Try rollerskating while your kid is in your stroller.
If u eat well the right kind of food and take regularly light exercises including brisk walks and lead otherwise also an active life, body fat will dissolve automatically. No need to take pills. But if do take, take it under medical supervision.
diet pills do work but i wouldnt take them after having a baby until a year,at least. Keep working at your diet now, maybe you will get somewhere. try south beach diet
a good combination is plenty of cardio and for supplements I use Xenadrine from any GNC store.. Good for that extra bit of energy to pump up the metabolic rate.. but everyone's weight loss program is different from the other.. my wife lost all her pregnancy weight in 2 months from constant horse riding 6 days a week every morning..
Don't try diet pills. It can harm your body badly. Just do a good, balaned workout with abdominal, cardio, and if you're up to it, plank position (I lost only goodness knows how many pounds doing that for five-ten minutes), which is where you go on your elbows, only in a push up position, and you have to be completley flat, and you switch back and forth from plank to perfect push up position. Watch what you eat, too - not just calories, but fat, carbs, and all that good stuff. When you're husband is around, have him watch the baby and join a gym. Good luck with the weight. ^^
I would advise to save your money you'd spend on pills and buy bottled water, take the little one for a walk if you can do so safely, as often is plausible, feasible and safe.
