What's the best diet pill to take?
Question:
Answer:
10 pounds in 3 months is too much at once already. You should aim for 2 lbs per month. diet pills are really bad for you and you can get addicted to them. Also, when you reach that ideal weight and go off of them, your metabolism slows right back down and you will just gain all that weight back. Best thing to do is continue what you are doing...you are doing great from the sounds of it. The nutritionists say you should never exceed 3 lbs loss per month. Also..those first couple months you prolly gained weight while building up muscle...perfectly natural. don't starve yourself, eat 5 meals three hours apart everyday (smaller meals than normal) Exercise 3-5 days a week 30 min per day...also weight train...muscle will burn more calories than fat and will continue to do so even while resting.
here is some advice dont take diet pills they are not safe at all
i took phentermine & lost 30lbs. I just read an article in woman's health magazine that it is safe. however if i were you i would research any diet pill u chose to take. Good luck
eat a balanced diet, lower your calorie intake a bit to lose weight...drink lots of water...and keep up with your exercise...
Diet pills aren't the way to go...at best they are a useless gimmick, at worst they can cause serious health problems...to lose weight and keep it off requires a lifestyle change...if you don't do that, you'll just put the weight back on when you stop any pill or gimmicky diet...
those things make your heart speed up and make you feel dizzy. just drink green tea, it's natural and it really helps you. i lost 6 pounds in like a week and a half. and i didn't do anything different except drink 4 cups a day.
I take pills they help to lose weight and now i'm thinking i'm more addicted than anything.speaking of which i need to buy more supples
Ash, don't do piet pills. Too many can tear away at the stomach lining. They can break down the calcium in your body and your bones will become brittle. They are addictive and dangerous.

Many diet pills contain caffeine and chromium picolinate. It would be cheaper to just drink a couple cups of green tea a day and take a chromium picolinate supplement with your multies.
However, there really is no quick fix. The b est thing to do is stick with the exercise and clean eating. Feel free to contact me if you have more questions.
They are all Bull. The only thing that ever really worked was ephedra but that was quickly outlawed and the pharmaceutical industry now owns it.
Diet pills just dont work, they rely on their exaggerated claims to create a placebo effect. The fact is 9 out of 10 magazines that advertise diet pills also own a supplement line, which also happens to make those diet pills... Get it?
There is no magic pill that will make you loose weight, its hard work to loose fat and that's just how it is. Yea you can loose 10 lbs in a week but the people who do that are basically loosing water and muscle weight. The goal should always be FAT loss not weight loss, and the only true way to loose fat is by eating the right amounts of food at the correct times and working out.
If you are active like you say you are, then you just need to adjust your caloric intake.

Diet pills aren't going to help you. If there was a diet pill that worked, we would all be buying them and SEEING results.
You are doing the right thing by exercising and eating well, but maybe you need to change up your routine. Add onto your workout or modify it, try a new workout, something to get the body out of a rut.
Also, when it comes to dieting, some people eat too little. After awhile your body begins to expect not enough caloric energy and so it stores fat "for emergency." So make sure that you are eating enough. For example, I weigh 160 and am a 5'6" female. To lose weight but still be healthy, I need to consume around 1800 calories a day. You can search online for caloric need calculators and enter in your own info.
Another thing. What you eat matters just as much as how much you eat. If you get your caloric needs met through fattening or dense foods and little lean meats and vegetables, for example, your body will stop losing weight and you are back in a rut.
Back to the diet pill... Diet pills initially "work" because they typically contain ingredients that will help you shed water weight. Once that water weight is gone, the weight loss stalls and there you are at square one. The key is diet and exercise. Even with diet pill commercials, you'll notice that at the bottom of the screen it mentions this. Why? Because that is what gets the spokespeople the results they are so proud of. It isn't about the pill. Not only that, you can't take a pill for the rest of your life to maintain either, so eating healthy and being physically fit is the best bet.
Lipo 6 by Nutrex is really good for women.
I say stay off the pills. You will be much healthier. Who really knows what is in all the meds.
I would suggest a program called ISAGENIX. I have lost 20 lbs and kept it off.
